from UNwomens linkin weekly challenge (half the world's questions to jack ma): happy 2019.1
can you help arts change education and youth livelihoods and renew every community as a place of joy?-
what about a tripadvisor to replicable ways youth can celebrate arts in every city and village if educatirs help?
- example tour icaf number 1 in teachers-student arts summit -ugent diary date 2019 week before USA independence day -singforhope number 1 in valuing how capital city share music in over 600 disadvantaged community centres - beijing painters community wanting to be number 1 with you in how artist soirees can renew communities ... vaticans premioscacca.it number 1 in annual summit of how a young person's passion -eg photography of wildlife can change teaching in every community with kids [passionate about wildlife? when the pope visits a place like japan nov 2019 why dont locals ask him how to extend premiosciacca to their place-
how can women lead the arts in such a way that women hold up half the sky in every matter of business and society -what is the connection between arts and whether local fashions can be more sustainable than global ones?
-how does digital change human possibilities - AIdemocracy.com and universityofstars.tv ask: is there already a most artistic AI humanoid- a sister of Sophia?
...when youth first meet across 2 previously hostile borders what arts events can celebrate each others cultures? how does virtual reality exploration change smart tourism - eg sister cities which share each others happiest arts, foods, celebrations of nature and of children - will unhabitas 2020 report of supercities explicitly benchmark how arts and supercities sustain the peoples --if there was a bit coin of the arts which could only be bought and sold by under 30s artists-could we develop a trip advisors to each artists project network as a way of identifying the currency's transparent purpose
our species depends on urgently improving understanding of peoples across hemispheres- none more so than east-west; two thirds of humans live on the continent of asia with a few more per cent of the world's population living in what have emerged as the extraordinary productive hi-tech islands - japan, taiwan , hk, singapore. by the late 19th century all of the people on the asian continent had been colonised or had their trading systems blocked by western empires- primarly britain's. given this, we find it extraordinary valuable to study how 3 people from the orient travelled to the west and went on to change both hemispheres: gandhi fazle abed jack ma below we look at how jack ma's first trip to the usa - seattle 1995 changed the world. he was then his city hangzhou's most popular english teacher- amazon's launch of ecommerce he returned to china to form a network with energetic youth and extraordinary investors including japan's hi tech billionnaire masa son and the silicon valley founder of yahoo jerry yang- how can ecommerce and efinance create the most jobs when china's web infrasucture arrives-? Having become one of the world's biggest marketmakers, ma was tech city host of china's g20 2016 and at the un he was invited to become worldwide youth jobs adviser;in 2017 he announced that from 2019 september he would return full time to education- according to ma he couldnt see how to impact the 4 most vital social markets with commerce- this web tracks his progress as a return to full time education and his goal of celebrating how the sdg generation can change education , health, green markets, sports and arts markets unlike ma, gandhi and abed travelled to britain in their teens - gandhi to study law in 1880s, abed to study engineering and shipping at glasgow uni of 1950s.--all three changed the livelihoods and sustainability of hundreds of millions of people in the race to end systemic poverty. unlike gandhi, graduate abed's 10 year spent ascending to become regional ceo of royal dutch shell gave him the perfect mix of engineering and admin experience to empower the poorest to nation build | recent calls from damo 15 bn ai research fund 75 quantum : 74 face data privacy:: 73 social forensics;; 72 video remake detection;; 71 digital watermarking;; 70 medical image watermarking;; 69 nlp multilingual risk ;; 68 multilingual semantics; 67 graph algorithm;; 66 dialogue chat recommendation;; 65 gan augmentation - of ads;; 64 autograph neural net;; 63 ad copyright generation;; 62 ecommerce prediction tech ;;; AI foci of ali- I&V: QC; sec; ML; NLP; big data https://www.jackmafoundation.org.cn/ welcome to digital silk road plus 6 youth Belt Road Maps ... 1999, 2019 years of arts can change world
Happy 2019 song and Jin Chi and friends of girls livelihoods (educational economics)
Song and Chi - Please can we do 2 things
1 Can you introduce each other? I met Professor Jin Chi at brookings in dc for 2 hours before my last trip to beijing that I spent mainly with song's networks who champions every way to experience the arts. Song took a copy of Jin Chi's business card while her life partner explores beijing's futong start ups- I explained i was excited to understand more about jin chii's 20 years of work on womens education from early childhood to teens which is doing out of beijing normal and with parts of unesco after a year at brookings meeting many of the people I know there
If you could chat before my next visit to beijing when I am hoping to see Professor Jin about jan 11 or 12 that would be good- arts is one major freedom educators can bring to children as jack ma is keen to prove between sept 2019 and the olympics 2020 where he will be sponsoring all sorts of interlinked events around tokyo -for example he and Japan's education commissioner the female mayor of tokyo share the same love of zen- this summer 2019 in dc we have the 20th children creative arts olympiads whose organiser I have known for 4 years now- in fact every chinese researcher i have ever talked to linked through initial contacts with International Child Art Foundation - harnessing children's imaginations for positive social change as they had found chinese interns essential for organising the olympiads for 4 days of independence week in front of the white house
2 my other request- song and I went to the event below hosted by CKGSB the main business school focused on connecting beijing and new york mbas founded by hong kong's richest businessman- do you think we can contact the organisers? - i think it is time to discuss what each of us is interested in- ok only they have the top hi level contacts at the other end of a telephone but they dont continuously work on girls education the way chi jin, does nor on arts the way song's networks do; they certainly dont work with 48 years of building a nation round village girls education, health and livelihoods the way dr islam at brac does and coordinated for sir fazle abed through all leading education summits and the world's largest ngo cooperation network
|
half of the world women (and half of the poorest) depend on asia's south and east coastal Belt Roads; friends of brac (eg me mark and ed to name but three) i do hope we can find a way that south coast educators like brac can exchange ideas on girls education with east coats educators
In general my new year's hope that we can find a way to host hi level education-tech including AI and Digital Cooperation tourism events to beijing when eg americans or other westerners discover that actually china's half a billion under 30s (quarter billion girls particularly) are the most extraordinary network for humanising artificial intelligence and trusted community development every way that sustainability goals will be won or lost depending on how under 30s livelihoods are designed now. I know about 20 people in beijing who could help show edu-explorers around but diaries are always difficult to linkin without a lot of personal trust that as parents we are all trying to help kids find the way forward however much leaders like trump huff and puff
sincerely happy safe and girl-entrepreneurial revolutionary new year
